Payment terms

Payments can be made by bank transfer or card at the time of your treatment.

My service to you

You can expect me to reply to your emails and send any paperwork following your consultation within two business days.

I do not work on Sundays, and I will let you know if I am going to be away and out of contact.

Cancellation

48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less notice will be charged in full.

This helps ensure the smooth running of the clinic. Thank you for your understanding.

Complaints

If you have a problem with any aspect of the service you have received, please email me in the first instance.

You can take a problem further by contacting my registering body, the British Acupuncture Council, who will be able to help.
