ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Out-of-hours treatments - an additional 50% will be requested for any treatment provided outside of opening hours due to the additional costs that are incurred.

Payment
A deposit of £50 is taken at the time of your booking to secure your first appointment. Follow-up payments can be made by bank transfer or card at the time of your treatment.
Health insurance
Many health insurance companies approve treatments with British Acupuncture Council members. Please check with your insurer first, as some require a GP referral in advance. I am happy to provide supporting invoices for reimbursements. Unfortunely I cannot accept discounted rates from insurers or submit the claims myself.
Cancellation
48 hours notice is required for cancellation of appointments otherwise the full appointment fee will be payable. This is to ensure the smooth running and sustainability of my clinic. Thank you for your understanding.
