The studio is opposite Blackheath Station and next to the shop ‘Cook’ and ‘Morrisons Daily’. If you are coming from Greenwich, it’s a short 10-minute bus ride on the 386.

Tuesdays 10am - 6pm
Wednesdays 9:30am - 3:30pm
Thursdays 10am - 6pm
Saturdays 11am - 5pm (Belgravia only)
Ad hoc sessions where possible

Please be aware that there are stairs that lead to the treatment room and is therefore regrettably, not wheelchair accessible.
