Hi, I’m Saskia.
From my calm clinic in Blackheath, South East London, I offer a space to pause, take a breath, and focus on your health - both physical and emotional.
My practice centres on acupuncture for women’s health and fertility, supporting you through every stage of life - from period and hormonal balance to fertility, pregnancy, postnatal recovery, perimenopause and menopause.
Whether you’re trying to conceive naturally or through IVF, have experienced miscarriage, or are navigating complex fertility challenges, I provide individualised fertility acupuncture to support both individuals and couples. My goal is to guide you through what can often feel like an uncertain journey and an overload of information.
I also provide acupuncture for a wide range of conditions, including stress, fatigue, insomnia, digestive issues, low mood, headaches and long Covid.
Drawing on the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, combined with a modern understanding of reproductive and hormonal health, my approach is gentle, compassionate and empowering - helping you find balance and supporting your body’s natural ability to heal.
